Bruno – My New Home

He is wonderful, follows  me every where, think there is food, he woke me up at 3.30am wanted to go out, and then at 7.00am wanted breakfast, then we both went back to sleep. He is doing well, we all love him.

Home Comforts

Update 31/12/2017…..

He is a wonderful dog now, so happy and full of energy. He has filled out and even his eyes sparkle! He is one happy dog and everyone loves him, a gentle giant. We go to the vets to have his ears cleaned, nails cut and a general health check. Thank you for a lovely friend.

BRUNO

Bruno now re-homed

Bruno is a beautiful Mastin cross who was found chained up and abandoned with no food and water, needless to say he was in a terrible condition.

He would make someone a wonderful, loyal companion as he loves people. He does struggle with being in a kennel environment so a home with a garden would be perfect for him.

Bruno is soft and affectionate, walks well on a lead and is very clean.

He has been castrated and regularly treated for ticks and fleas, he is also up to date with vaccinations and micro chipped. Bruno has Leish but has no health problems from this condition.

As Bruno is entering his twighlight years, we would also consider a FOSTER home for him. K9 would be responsible for vet fees for fostered animals.

D.O.B APPROX SEPT 2008.

If you can offer Bruno a loving home, please contact the Animal Shelter on 600 845 420.                     Re-homed

Sancho – Pointer Mix

Now adopted

Sancho is a beautiful male pointer about 6 years old .

He was found wandering along the N332 and was taken in by one of our volunteers.

He is very friendly and loves people and other dogs, but does not like cats.   Like all pointers, he is very lively and would benefit from a reasonable amount of exercise.

If you are able to give Sancho a place to call home, then please call Bev/Alan on 600845420.

Shakira has been Rehomed

We are happy to announce that Shakira, a beautiful German Shepherd, has been successfully rehomed by Marie and her son Liam.

Liam first saw Shakira when he was helping out at the Shelter and spoke to his mum about her.

They both came to look at all the wonderful dogs we have here at the Shelter and chose Shakira to be the one they wanted to be a part of their family.

Thank you so much for offering a home to one of our animals from all at K9.

‘Wabbit’ has been Rehomed

A British family came forward, with two children under 10, and have adopted the rabbit. They had always wanted a rabbit and liked the look of ‘Wabbit’ .

Hopefully she now has a happy permanent loving home. It’s looking good.
